Podovi

  • Postavljanje keramičkih pločica I. klase u kupaonici, toaletu, spremištu, hodniku, kuhinji, blagovaonici, dnevnom boravku. Podovi lođa, terasa i balkona bit će obloženi visokokvalitetnim pločicama I. klase za oblaganje vanjskih prostora (protuklizne pločice)
  • Postavljanje visokokvalitetnog laminata kao završne obloge podova spavaćih soba

Stolarija

  • Vanjska stolarija – ALU/PVC profili, troslojno staklo, vanjske žaluzine
  • Unutarnja vrata – u raznim bojama, štokovi od punog drva, ispuna okal-iverica, opremljena visokokvalitetnim bravama
  • Ulazna vrata – protuprovalna i protupožarna

Sanitarije

  • Oprema za kupaonicu renomiranih proizvođača (Laufen, Hansgrohe, Grohe, LIV, Geberit, Lacus), visokokvalitetne tuš-kade, walk-in tuš s pregradom od lamistal prozirnog stakla, zidne soft close WC školjke s polaganim spuštanjem daske, ugradbeni vodokotlići s tipkom za dvokoličinsko ispiranje, kupaonski namještaj s ugradbenim umivaonikom i slavinom te zrcalom, podžbukne ili nadžbukne tuš-miješalice

Grijanje i hlađenje

  • Podno električno grijanje s termostatom u kupaonicama
  • Inverterski klimatizacijski uređaji renomiranih proizvođača (Daikin, Mitshubishi, TCL) za grijanje i hlađenje
  • Električni grijač vode Ariston za grijanje i pripremu potrošne tople sanitarne vode
