We are proud to share the latest updates from our Marina Sky construction site. The planning phase of this ambitious project lasted several years before construction officially began in 2023. Looking back at those days of mining and excavation, it was hard to imagine that two elegant buildings would soon rise from the dust.
Although we encountered many difficulties and challenges, we are now eager to announce the completion of the construction works on Buildings A and B.
The view from the apartments is absolutely amazing. When we consider the panoramic views, functional layouts of the flats, high-quality finishes, and the highest construction standards applied throughout, we realize that we are creating the most unique project in the region. Apartments Marina Sky are more than just a residential solution—they are a dream come true, or a smart real estate investment with strong rental income potential.
We are looking forward to the opening of construction sites of the Buildings C, D and E. Meanwhile, interior works in Buildings A and B are in full swing. Before the handover of keys, the following installations will be completed:
- exterior and interior carpentry,
- burglar-proof and fire-resistant entrance doors,
- high-quality flooring,
- bathrooms equipped with products from renowned manufacturers,
- underfloor heating in the living areas and bathrooms,
- air conditioning and
- full electrical installations.
Additionally, work has begun on a new road that will connect this luxury residential complex to the nearby area of Pjescana Uvala, its charming restaurants, and its beautiful beach - just 500 meters away.
