Imperial

Medulin

Medulin is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Croatia. Thanks to its natural beauty and Mediterranean climate, it’s attracting plenty of visitors year after year. The growing number of guests has transformed Medulin from a small fishing village into a lively centre of entertainment and events. Today, there are numerous hotels, campsites, restaurants, sports facilities, shops, bars and beach bars in Medulin. The Medulin Marina and the Medulin Harbour offer countless opportunities for recreation and fun at sea. Medulin is also home to the only sandy beach in Istria, situated just a short walk from the Imperial project.

This attractive location is likely the last available site where a luxury residential project in Medulin is going to be built at the walking distance from sandy beach, restaurants and entertainment venues – and this makes it a unique investment opportunity.

The Imperial project has been carefully planned over many years with the aim of offering comfortable and luxurious apartments that blend perfectly with the surrounding environment. The architectural concept has achieved this goal – the plan envisions a residential and commercial complex with private parking spaces and landscaped green areas, combining luxury with a relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle.

Spacious terraces, balconies and loggias provide a sense of space and openness, and allow natural light to fill the interiors, enabling residents to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate.

The building permit is expected soon, which will also mark the beginning of apartment sales. If you are considering investing in your own apartment in Medulin, don’t wait too long – this is an excellent investment opportunity, and the apartments are expected to sell out during construction.

Description

The Medulin Riviera stretches along more than 80 kilometres of indented coastline, while the Medulin Archipelago includes 11 uninhabited islands and islets surrounded by crystal-clear sea. Some of these islands offer, beside sunbathing and swimming, dining options and can be reached by excursion boat or rented motorboat. In the Harbour of Medulin you can book a public or private boat excursions or rent a jet ski, speedboat or SUP board and organise your own island-hopping adventure.

The Riva in Medulin, which becomes the centre of events during the summer, is just a few minutes’ walk from the project – as is the sandy Bijeca Beach, one and a half kilometres long.

From the harbour, scenic walking paths stretch in two directions: the path from the Medulin Marina along the coast past the Arena campsite all the way to Kažela campsite, is about ten kilometres long. Heading the other way, towards the Medulin Harbour, you’ll reach the Vižula Archaeological Park, a peninsula covered with lush Mediterranean vegetation. The ancient Roman villa at Vižula, a luxurious residence from the Roman era, proves that Medulin has always been an ideal place for living and relaxation.

Across from the Imperial project lies a pine forest with the renowned TUI Blue Medulin and Arena Hotel Holiday. In summer, the road leading to this area transforms into a vibrant promenade lined with restaurants, bars and ice cream shops.

A real estate in Medulin, luxurious and near the sea, is an investment that truly pays off.
